| Hey guys. My Xanga premium died about a month ago and I didn't want to spring for the lifetime deal, and since Alan had some extra webspace on his server, I am moving my blogsite.
It might be a pain for those hooked up to the xanga world, but please stop by and say hi.
It's at emma1frost.com
See you there! |

| My Sims Keep Wanting To Get Into Each Other's Pants
Just got Sims 2. Been playing when I am not at work, much to Alan's chagrin. You're playing that again? I should have never got it for you. Stop playing! It's not my fault my Sim family is so unruly. One has "woo hoo" on the brain while the other can't bother to wash her hands after going to the bathroom. I don't know what doesn't click with that teenager. Maybe she's really a boy. Wash after you flush, guys! It's the right and decent thing to do.
Completed my application to CCA, submitted every last little thing. Just have to wait.
Dance Hall Crashers are coming to the city to perform! At the Great American Music Hall in the tenderloin. Tickets were cheap, and I can't wait to see them live! Anyone else in the Bay Area want to see them live? It's $20 to see them, just go to Tickets.com, and get yourself some.
Movie night this Friday. Thinking about starting the night with Dead Again. Then on to Twin Peaks? Let me know if you can make it please.

| Shopping for Handbags
Just a quick update as to what I am up to these days.
Yesterday I spent the afternoon shopping downtown with Caroline. Finding bags that are at all utilitarian and attractive is awfully hard.
Found a belt for the pair of jeans that are always falling down, and a killer cocktail ring at Banana Republic.
I swore it was the only thing I was going to buy that day and surprisingly I was able to restrain myself, even while we strolled through Kate Spade.
Not that all her things were actually nice. A lot of it was hideous, but there was this great wallet there. And as a note, my birthday is coming up around the bend. The 27th of October. Many shopping days left.
Alan and I went to a Moon Festival dinner at his aunt's in Sunnyvale. We had lots of great Indian sweets and Moon cakes. Still working on that knitting project, my poncho. I am worried that by the time I finish with it, ponchos will be out of style and hopelessly granny. hmmm...will have to work faster.
School plans are on the way. I have to finish off the portfolio and get them into slide format and then I await a decision. CCA will send out letters the second week of October, so here's hoping. |
